Recently inducted as a fellow into the American College of Endocrinology, Lee N. Metchick, MD is board certified in Internal Medicine and in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism. He received his Bachelors of Science at Union College in Schenectady, NY, then achieved a Master of Science at the University of Connecticut. He then continued his medical training at St. George’s University in Grenada, West Indies. From there he conducted his internal medicine residency training at the University of Connecticut and then his fellowship training in endocrinology at Bay State Medical Center, a campus of Tufts University. He moved to Florida in 2004 where he opened a solo practice in Endocrinology and has since opened a second location.
